Being editor of this excellent publication is one of my main motivators to keep training - and keep injury-free. I want to be able to walk the walk and talk the talk until, well frankly, until I absolutely can't. This month's issue is packed full of information and features that should prove motivation to keep anyone and everyone on the right path to fitness, better nutrition and a healthier body and mind. Let's hope the next year is just as exciting - and, for me, less injury-ridden!
