WE FIND OUT HOW CUBE ARE TAKING THE MOUNTAIN BIKING WORLD BY STORM

Are you ready to take on the trails? CUBE are the German bike company who’ve quickly become market leaders, selling over a million bikes last year and producing around 5,000 every day. But it’s not just the sheer quantity of bikes they make that’s impressive – it’s the incredible range of designs that CUBE offer, with hundreds of models to choose from, ranging from balance bikes to cargo trikes, kids’ hardtails to full-suspension e-MTBs, cutting-edge road-racing bikes to aero time trial machines. There’s truly something for everyone, whether you’re a super-sporty adrenaline junkie or someone who enjoys a gentle ride through the countryside once a week.

Another thing that sets CUBE apart is their attention to detail. Every bike model they make is engineered and designed at their Bavarian headquarters and then put through rigorous checks in their state-of-the-art in-house test centre, which boasts 29 test rigs. This is where all CUBE parts and accessories are tested, too, ensuring that every product they sell is of the highest quality. Once the design is approved, bikes are built up in CUBE’s massive 55,000m2 production and logistics centre in Waldershof, which opened in 2016.

Marcus Pürner, the founder of the company, still runs it 30 years on, ensuring that CUBE stay true to their roots and remain one of the leading employers in the region, with a 1,000-strong workforce. CUBE’s ongoing popularity is evident in the fact that they now sell their bikes in more than 70 countries worldwide, with the UK and Ireland being key markets for the brand. They have over 400 official dealers in the UK along with two CUBE stores, making it easy for you to get your hands on the perfect bike for your needs.
