Feeling peckish

This cheeky seagull was eyeing our food at a restaurant in Bath. As soon as we got up to leave, he swooped down and gobbled the scraps!

Park Life

Animal magic

My wife and I went to a park that we’d not visited for decades. After entering through the large iron gates, we came across this fantastic wooden carving with seating at each side of it. As you can see, the carving depicts wildlife. I particularly love the squirrel on the back. The detail that has brought the wood to life is truly amazing.

Found Wally!

Hello, Wally

When my daughters were younger, they used to love the Where’s Wally? books. I could rarely find Wally, so I had to get a photo when I finally found him on a trip to Settle!

Legs and Co!

I found this photo of disco from my school days. I’m the one on the right – I’d never be able to kick my leg that high now!

“My feet are cold!”

“Let me in,” he is seemingly saying here.

I visited the island of Samos recently and was showing my friend photos. “Ooooh, that looks like something from Mamma Mia,” she said!

Beautiful Kintyre

Trip was worth the wait

I had wanted to go to Scotland for over 50 years, but something always got in the way, until last year. We had the most fantastic time and the icing on the cake was that we hit the September heatwave and were able to enjoy weather that rivalled the continent. I will never forget the wonderful time we had Kintyre – it was certainly worth waiting 50 years to experience such beauty.
