Wreath Workshops

= 5 S . If you're looking for a relaxing, E oy 2 fa mindful Easter outing, this Vt IPT SPE ine wreath-weaving workshop is 8 ideal. Using freshly picked garden gatherings, flowering bulbs, blossom, moss and willow, you can create a natureinspired door wreath at this beginner-friendly workshop with Kindred & Kind at Renishaw Hall, Derbyshire.

The workshops run from 1-3.30pm, Friday to Sunday,

March 22-24, and cost £55. All equipment, foliage and seasonal refreshments provided.

The following Saturday, March 30, Kindred & Kind run a second workshop to make a very special Easter centrepiece using grapevines, honeysuckle, and clematis base, adorned with April flowers. £60 per person.

A dazzling display is set to light up the skies above Cardiff on Friday, March 29!

Celestial is a global pioneer in creating mesmerising shows using drone technology – you may remember their work from the incredible opening number at Eurovision 2023.

Their newest show, Evolution, wowed audiences at Bristol in September and now makes its Welsh debut above Cardiff’s Sophia Gardens. The epic light show promises to take audiences on a mesmerising journey through time and space.

Tickets cost £20 for adults, £15 for children and concessions. Gates open at 5.30pm, with food and drink outlets and music ahead of the show at 7.30pm.

Whitherto next, fair knight?

Take part in a history tour with a twist at more than 30 English Heritage properties from Saturday, April 6, until Sunday, April 14.

Hunt for clues around the sites – from Pendennis Castle in Cornwall to Belsay Hall, Castle and Gardens in Northumberland – and track down the Easter eggs for a tasty chocolate reward.

There are also LEGO® Brick Build events at places like Stonehenge, for kids (and adults!) to build and contribute a section for a giant sculpture. Last Easter, attendees made a huge LEGO® replica of Stonehenge and this year organisers are aiming for a gigantic mosaic. www.english-heritage.org.uk
