Their podcast, The Therapy Crouch, is usually a place where Abbey and husband Peter Crouch share hilarious anecdotes about their marriage and kids. But more recently, the 38-year-old mum-of-four spoke out about seeing a UFO while driving on the A3 with her eldest daughter Sophia, 12.

Abbey said, “What I saw was very unusual. It was a grey rainy day, it had been raining but it wasn’t raining. It was pre-dusk, there was no natural bright light and the street lights hadn’t gone on yet. There were three oblongs of light – white light – above my car.”

She continued, “They were coming close together and they were travelling along the car, and then the three of them just went [makes whizzing noise] in three different directions. And they were gone.”

GOLDIE HAWN

Hollywood legend Goldie, 78, says she’s experienced “a lot of UFO sightings” throughout her life, one of which happened when was sleeping in a car near the desert in West California.

“I got this high-pitched sound in my ear. It was this high, high frequency. And I looked out of the window and saw these two or three triangular-shaped heads,” she explained.

Goldie went on to describe the aliens as “silver in colour” with a “tiny little nose” and “no ears”. She said, “They touched my face and it felt like the finger of God.”

She added, “I could not move. I was paralysed.”

RYLAN CLARK

While appearing on Celebrity Gogglebox with mum Linda, This Morning host Rylan, 35, spoke out about an alien experience he witnessed as a child with his friend Scott.

As he and his mum watched Netflix’s Unsolved Mysteries he told her, “I was in the garden and then we both saw… it was like six or eight stars in the shape of like a triangle, dots.”

Rylan continued, “It shot across the sky. I s**t myself and what did I do?
