PREPPING FOR MY NOSE JOB

I’m waiting for a date from Pall Mall for the reconstructive surgery I need for my nose, as a result of cocaine abuse. They’re going to take a piece of bone from my rib to fix it. Hopefully, that will be any day now.

My past will always come up, but I wouldn’t change it, as it shaped the person I am today. It’s not how many times you fall, it’s how many times you get back up.

The only thing is I’m always sniffing – my kids say they can hear me in a shop before they see me! I’m not ashamed of my past, but I regret the shame it’s brought on my kids.

BOOK CLUB

Molly, Lilly and Heidi have their own little book club going. During our trip to London we bought Heidi beautiful copies of Great Expectations and Wuthering Heightsas part of her present. They’re all avid readers, which I’m so proud of. They have a WhatsApp group (which I’m not a part of!) where they discuss the latest book they’re reading.

My old friend David Walliams (left) has always sent them copies of his children’s books over the years, at Christmas and on birthdays as well.

LIKE MOTHER, LIKE DAUGHTER

We had the best time in London for Heidi’s 17th birthday celebrations, including a boat trip on the Thames, a visit to the The Tiffany Blue Box Café (right), the most gorgeous stay at the Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel and a trip to see The Phantom Of The Opera, which was mind-blowing. I got goosebumps on my eyelashes!

People have been saying Heidi and I look alike in snaps of our trip. I think that’s because she’s gone blonde, like me. I’m delighted people think so, she’s my baby!
