In a world of fillers and filters, we love seeing these celebs embrace their natural beauty

WORDS: KIRSTY BROOK AND GEMMA MCCARTNEY

OTI MABUSE

As a dancer, putting her most glamorous foot forward is second nature for Oti. But since giving birth to her first baby just before Christmas, the Strictly and Dancing On Ice star, 33, has been sharing more natural images of herself as a mum. She’s been refreshingly honest about the exhaustion of life with a newborn and how it’s impacted her image.

“I get messages saying, ‘You are smashing motherhood, you are smashing it.’ I’m not. I was too tired to remove make-up, which is a big no-no, I’m black under my eyes, my lips look like I’ve been kissing the sandman. I’m not smashing anything guys.”

JANETTE MANRARA

Another Strictly star who’s not afraid to keep it real is Janette. The pro dancer and It Takes Two presenter’s skin looked flawless in this recent image, but Janette, 40, has revealed that she’s previously suffered from pigmentation issues, particularly after giving birth to her daughter.

“After having Lyra, I have more brown spots, and my pigmentation issues are still something I’d like to take care of,” she said.

She’s recently undergone a microneedling procedure to help and is keeping her followers updated on her progress on social media.

PAMELA ANDERSON

We’re used to seeing Baywatch bombshell Pamela dolled up to the nines, with a full face of make-up. But in the past few years, the 90s icon, 56, has become the face of all-natural beauty. And last year she revealed that her decision to go bare-faced came about in 2019 after her make-up artist, Alexis Vogel, passed away from breast cancer. She’s also spoken about the freeing and fun feeling of going against the grain. You look great, Pamela!

ANGELA SCANLON

With her flame red hair and pale Irish complexion, Angela, 40, rarely looks anything less than stunning. And even without make-up on, the TV presenter and Strictly star wows.

The mum-of-two revealed that she’s a bit of a beauty junkie, using a good quality moisturiser and SPF. She swears by a ‘miracle’ product called Allies of Skin Promise Keeper Blemish Sleeping Facial (over £120… gulp), which gives you clear and glowing skin by the morning. We’d better get saving!

CLAUDIA WINKLEMAN

The Traitors presenter has often joked that her obsession with fake tan and make-up has left her with a ‘just-been-tangoed’ glow. So it’s lovely to see
