Popular event is going from strength to strength

MotoFest Coventry is set to return on September 10-11 with a Queen’s Platinum Jubilee theme, showcasing 70 years of the City’s motoring heritage. To commemorate the Queen’s 70-year reign, the Coventry Concours will expand to include motorcycles and modern vehicles, with the entry criteria going from 1950 right up to the present day. The free-to-attend event will once again be based in the city centre, with all vehicles taking part having the opportunity to display in the Coventry Cathedral ruins. Festival director James Noble told us: ‘As part of MotoFest Coventry 2022’s past, present and future theme, there will be the traditional classic car, modified car and motorcycle static displays across the city. All vehicles on display will also be able to take part in the end-of-day parade, with laps of the main sprint circuit bringing things to a close on each day of the festival weekend.
