32/34DMTL 7/101 CARBURETTOR FOR LAND ROVERS, £316.86
Webcon has announced that it can now provide a replacement carburettor to suit the Land Rover Series 3 and 90/110 2495cc engine models fitted with a Weber 32/34DMTL 7/101. Webcon has been developing the range in the same facility, using the same engineers since 1978. Every kit that is designed is intended to return a car to factory levels of performance but, in many cases, it actually improves on the original economy figures. These Land Rover carbs are no different and an off the shelf replacement will save plenty of time over reviving an original – and that’s assuming the original is in good and complete enough condition to be rebuilt! EXTRA HEAVY-DUTY TR6 BATTERY BAR, £14.40
Back in May, BMH announced the addition of a heavy-duty battery bar (Part no: 157740) to its ever-growing range of Triumph body parts.
Well, there is now news of an even heftier one, specifically for the TR6. Intended for use with heavy duty batteries, but equally fine for holding standard ones in place, the newcomer is considerably more substantial than the standard item. Made in Warwickshire and electro-coated in Northamptonshire, the bar features two sets of fixing holes, the working ones of which are 12 inches apart.
