Stendhal Festival

This arts and music festival, set against the spectacular backdrop that is the Causeway Coastal Route in Northern Ireland, takes place on a farm in Limavady, with camping also available on site.

Buxton International Festival

Experience world-class opera, music, books and jazz in the beautiful spa town of Buxton (1), in the heart of the Peak District.

Alice’s Day, Oxford

Time to fall down the rabbit hole at the Alice’s Day festival, when Oxford transforms itself into a great celebration of all things Wonderland. The theme this year is Fabulous Monsters and Curious Creatures, and events will take place at venues right across the historic university city.
Visitors can expect to enjoy street theatre, storytelling, film screenings, workshops, walks and talks. The family-friendly Story Museum is also offering half-price entry on the day.

Stonehaven Folk Festival
11-14 July 2024
The latest incarnation of the great Stonehaven Folk Festival (its 34th) on Scotland’s north-eastern coast promises appearances from folk acts such as Cherish the Ladies, Aberdeen Folk Orchestra and fiddle player Charlie McKerron and Friends, among others.
The hugely popular workshops will welcome participants of all levels of musical ability, from those with no experience, to Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
There’s also a ceilidh, and the Tradition Bearers Concert. Adult tickets from £11.
