IN MY FRIDGE, I have all the veggies – potatoes and sweet potatoes, and tomatoes and peppers in every colour. I also have chickpeas, lentils and other pulses, herbs and spices, plus pizza in case the kids come around or we fancy something quick!

I WORK OUT THREE OR FOUR TIMES A WEEK, for about 40 minutes. I generally maintain a very active lifestyle, as I’m constantly on the move. I also keep my eating strategies in place, such as time-restricted eating, for four days a week – I eat in a 10-hour window, which I’ve learned is good for gut health.

I DON’T AGREE WITH LOW FAT, LOW CARB OR LOW ANYTHING – because that is a restrictive diet. I am about ‘adding in’ food, rather than ‘taking out’. I do, however, try to avoid ultra-processed foods – items with tons of additives.
