When it comes to LNER teak carriages, the North Yorkshire Moors and Severn Valley railways immediately come to mind. But the North Norfolk Railway has its own LNER teak set which, when finished, will be a little different from the rest, as THOMAS BRIGHT finds out.
One of the things I miss most from the current railway scene is our locomotive workshops. They were such fascinating places to visit, because they illustrated perfectly the life story of locomotives f
