SHOULDERS & NECK
Next row (RS): Cast off 3 (4:5:5) sts, patt until there are 17 (18:20:21) sts on the RH needle, cast off central 35 (37:39:41) sts, patt to end. Next row: Cast off 3 (4:5:5) sts, patt to cast-off sts, and place rem sts on a spare needle.
