The absolute star of the show at the Platinum Jubilee pageant and balcony moments last year, the little boy with the big personality stole our hearts.

And now Boss Baby – as he’s been affectionately nicknamed by royal fans – is back!

It’s been confirmed that Louis will attend his grandfather’s coronation at Westminster Abbey on 6 May.

The attendance of Prince George, nine, and seven-year-old Princess Charlotte was never in doubt, but due to his tender age (he turns five two weeks before the ceremony), Louis’s participation wasn’t clear until it was revealed that all three Wales children will be in the carriage procession from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace.

I’d also expect to see all three on the balcony, along with their parents and the King and Queen, to further emphasise the succession and continuity of monarchy.

Of course, it was last year’s Louis balcony moment that sparked a thousand memes.

Dressed in a darling sailor suit, standing right next to his Gan-Gan the Queen, he put his hands over his ears and screamed at the top of his lungs as the RAF jets roared overhead at Trooping the Colour.

Little ‘Lou Lou’ further stole the show a couple of days later with his antics during the parade. He sang, he danced, he wagged his finger at mum Kate and he had a ball.

Mike Tindall later revealed that the kids had a steady supply of sweets, and the sugar rush was there for all to see!

Pity poor Kate trying to keep Louis interested for (what must have felt like) the interminable hours as the parade passed by.

His parents acknowledged how much of a star he was in a funny post after the events celebrating Queen Elizabeth’s 70 years on the throne. We all had an incredible time, especially Louis… they tweeted from their official Kensington Royal account, complete with an ‘eyes wide’ emoji.

What can we expect at next month’s coronation? Well, I for one would love to see Louis gambolling down the aisle at the Abbey. Or perhaps doing a little jig to some of the chor
