Josie’s‘SURREAL’ NEW GIG
Since winning Big Brother in 2010, Josie Gibson has become a household name. From brightening up our days with her infectious laugh on the This Morning sofa to smashing Bushtucker Trials in last year’s I’m A Celebrity, the Bristolian star, 39, has cemented her place in the public’s hearts and her career has gone from strength to strength.
But her latest career move is one nobody saw coming. The mum of one is following in the footsteps of Kerry Katona, Coleen Nolan and Stacey Solomon as frozen food retailer Iceland’s latest ambassador. Josie’s new role will see her front the shop’s new TV advert, which will debut their new strapline, ‘That’s why we go to Iceland,’ following criticism that the old ‘That’s why mums go to Iceland’ slogan was ‘sexist’.
Discussing her new gig, the star said, ‘I remember shopping in Iceland when I was a little girl, so it feels incredibly surreal to be working with them as the face of the brand. I love that Iceland is a great British business always doing the right thing for shoppers.’ While the brand’s chairman added, ‘With her famous warmth and positivity, Josie is the perfect person to encapsulate the friendly welcome all our customers receive at Iceland and we’re delighted to have her on board.’

ALISON’S MODEL TOY BOY
This Morning’s Alison Hammond has reportedly found love again, with Russian masseur David Putman, who’s over 20 years her junior. The presenter, 49, posted a loved-up snap of the pair on her Instagram, plus she left a heart-eyes emoji beneath one of his posts and has been enjoying dates with him to the zoo.
And now a source close to the star has revealed, ‘Alison has never been happier. She has had a turbulent love life, but is finally confident she has found a trusted companion.’ David is 26 and also works as a model, sharing a string of topless snaps on his social media – with Alison’s friend and co-star Josie Gibson (above) among his followers.
