How did you get into running?

I started running at college to keep fit and after I left, I used it as a way to boost my mental health and wellness. It was something I did to destress after work – I’d put my running kit on and go. Where’s your favourite place to run?

Anywhere outdoors in nature. I love running in the woods and I also enjoy a bit of mud.

How do you fit in training?

As and when I can. I go with someone who can guide me, so I try and fit it in as and
