The latest issue of AW (published on October 9) looks back over a memorable edition of the World Athletics Championships and features interviews with some of the key figures who were at the heart of the action in Tokyo. The AW team covers a wide range of subjects – from the impact of the championships on the host city to the changing landscape of top-class sprinting given that the past, present and future generations were all on show in Japan. With her 200m silver medal, Great Britain’s Amy Hunt enjoyed a breakthrough that puts her at the forefront of the sprints scene and, in an exclusive interview, her coach Marco Airale talks through how they have worked together through a great deal of adversity to reach a global podium.
