It was a rainbow of colour blocking recently with Heart Radio star Ashley Roberts, 42, stunning in a pink power suit. Fellow DJ Amanda Holden, 53, looked divine in a fitted bodycon Michael Kors dress and yellow L.K.Bennett coat and This Morning star Rochelle Humes, 34, aced a sage ensemble by LaPointe.
3 LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT?
They’re celebrating 40 years since they first started filming cop classic Dempsey and Makepeace – but Glynis Barber and hubby of 34 years Michael Brandon recently revealed it was not love at first sight. In fact, Glynis, 68, confessed that she despised Michael, 78, when they were first introduced, as she didn’t realise he was already channelling the role of arrogant James Dempsey. ‘I had a boyfriend and I went home and said, “This man is a nightmare!
He’s loud, brash and shouting”,’ Glynis laughed. Thankfully her first impression didn’t last!
4 Girl Power
Loose Women’s Judi Love had a major reason to celebrate recently when she made history. ‘I performed at London’s Palladium for the end of my tour. And I’ve been told I’m the first black, female, British comedian to sell out the Palladium,’ Judi, 43, explained. ‘It was just so amazing and a moment, and felt like an out-of-body experience.’ And lots of her ITV daytime besties were there to show support, with anchor Charlene White saying they screamed the house down and told her they were ‘insanely proud’. Go, Judi!
