O f all the times of the year, for lots of us this is probably our least favourite – the weather turns, the outdoor socialising that’s possible in summer comes to a close and our days become rapidly shorter. It’s also when coughs, colds and winter bugs start to take hold… but don’t worry, Good Housekeeping is here to help! This issue is packed to the gills with good advice to get you in the best possible shape for winter, as well as plenty of mood-boosting ideas so that you can really enjoy the months ahead!
