With plans underway for a new café, restaurant, bar, tour room and whisky cask storage building set to open this summer, the distillery is poised to redefine the visitor experience on the captivating shores of Orkney. Building upon their national and international success with their acclaimed gins, vodka and coffee liqueur, the development promises to be nothing short of spectacular.

First established by husband and wife team Stuart and Adelle Brown in 2016, the spirits distillery has gone from strength to strength over the past eight years. With its committed focus on hand-crafted, quality spirits, the team have earned an enviable reputation and dedicated following.

Situated in a spot overlooking the majestic coastline, Deerness Distillery already welcomes around 10,000 visitors annually from all corners of the UK and the globe. And soon, these visitors will have the opportunity to bask in the breathtaking Orkney sea views while indulging in the distillery’s new visitor attractions and dining experiences.
