RACHEL RILEY AND HER FAMILY ENJOY AN ANIMATED AFTERNOON OUT

Ever since motherhood became part of the equation for maths whizz Rachel Riley, child-friendliness has been a prime factor in determining how she spends her downtime. So the chance to see a children’s classic reimagined was all pluses and no minuses for the Countdown star.

Along with her husband, Strictly Come Dancing pro Pasha Kovalev, and their daughters Maven, three, and 17-month-old Noa (left, with her parents), Rachel, 37, was among the famous faces watching a gala performance of the new musical stage adaptation of Disney’s Winnie the Pooh: The New Musical Adaptation at Riverside Studios in London. “It was just absolutely gorgeous,” she said. “I’m not sure who enjoyed it more: me or the kids.”

Also bear-ly able to conceal her excitement was three-year-old Ella Jordan, who was with her parents – and HELLO! columnists – Ola and James (all right).

Sharing photos of the family day out, James told his followers Ella “loved” the show, adding: “She had so much fun.”

Other guests included Dr Zoe Williams and her partner Stuart McKay with their 21-month-old son Lisbon (all above right). Visit WinnieThePoohShow.co.uk.

MOLLY RAINFORD FROM WEST TO EAST AS SHE BAGS ALBERT SQUARE ROLE

Square dancing is not in the Strictly Come Dancing canon, but if it were, former contestant Molly Rainford would have a definite advantage. The singer and actor has joined the cast of EastEnders and will be arriving in Albert Square this summer.

In photos released last week, Molly poses (above) with actors Francesca Henry, Harriet Thorpe and Colin Salmon. Sharing an image on social media, the star of CBBC’s Nova Jones told fans: “So excited for life in Walford with my new family ‘The Knights’.”

And in a video clip filmed during the quartet’s first visit to the set of the BBC soap in Borehamwood, she revealed: “It’s home already.”

One person who will definitely be tuning in is Kiss FM DJ Tyler West. After meeting as rival contestants on Strictly last year, the pair started dating – something Molly finally confirmed last month. Calling Tyler a “lovely boy”, she told the Mirror: “I don’t know if it’s something more just yet. I just have to see what happens.”

The couple could not have looked closer (left) in photos taken during a recent night out, and talking about Molly’s new role on ITV’s Lorraine, Tyler said he was “a very proud boyfriend”.
