Circlip plier set
Draper Tools has recently launched a new set of circlip pliers, which includes tools for both internal and external circlips with straight and 90° jaws. Forged from highcarbon steel that is hardened and tempered, with a blackened phosphate finish, the precision tips are manufactured from sprung steel for a longer life. Plus, the handles are coated in non-slip PVC. Supplied in a nylon tool roll.

Refurbished rear arms
Auto Reserve is now selling refurbished rear lower suspension arms for the S-Type, X350 generation of the XJ and XJR and the second generation of the XK and XKR. Supplied with new mounting bushes (a mixture of OE and Powerflex), each arm includes a three-year warranty.

Column shroud
SNG Barratt has revisited the plastic shroud assembly for the upper steering column/ indicator switch on the E-Type and has used new tooling to produce superior mating parts that offer a much-improved fit and finish. Suitable for all series of E-Type, the two-part plastic shroud (part number C28490) costs £80.65 including VAT.
Courtesy lamp striker plate
The striker plate that operates the plunger switch for the interior courtesy lamp on sixcylinder E-Types and selected XJ Series 1-3 models, has recently been reproduced by SNG Barratt to help better match the OEM versions. This new version (part number BD19070) is chrome plated and includes two countersunk fixing holes. Priced at £5.78 including VAT.

British Parts has recently launched its new 2023 online web shop to help make it easier to source and order parts, with separate categories for modern and classic Jaguars plus a powerful new search facility. They have also introduced a loyalty reward scheme, which provides savings for returning customers.
