When it comes to ageing, we’re bold, brave and focusing on the many positives of ageing well. There’s just so much to celebrate about life, especially when we look and feel our best. So we’re honing in on the many ways to improve our wellbeing. I’m so encouraged by our feature about fitness in older age – right the way up to 100 years old (and beyond), including a beginner’s guide to our VO2 max. Bodywise, we have a specific spotlight on shoulder pain and leaky gut, both common ailments that can be sorted with the right care, as well as an important update on how to spot the early warning signs of many common cancers.

One of my favourite recent episodes of my Liz Earle Wellbeing Show podcast was with Mary Biles, a passionate advocate on the health benefits of CBD. Her article is a must-read if you’re intrigued to try.
