Our focus this issue is how to age well – and feel good on the journey. My team and I don’t use the term ‘anti-ageing’ (I never have, even when working in the beauty world all those years ago). Ageing is an expression of life, a precious gift, so our focus is firmly pro-ageing, spotlighting ways to do it well.

One of my greatest joys is to receive your incredible feedback in emails, photos and comments. I truly love our community page in this issue – do keep it all coming, especially from wherever you’re spending the summer.
