IF issue you'll know that supermodel Caprice loves supplements and has a cupboard full of them - a woman after my own heart! I've been a supplement junkie for years, even before becoming editor of a health magazine - I loved perusing the shelves of my local Holland & Barrett looking for ways to make myself healthier.

And while one supplement won't transform your health unless you make wider lifestyle changes, the right ones can be very useful, especially if you know you have a deficiency. But that's part of the problem: how do you know what you need unless you do a blood test to determine your levels of vitamins and minerals?

TAKING THE TESTS

About seven years ago I did an incredibly comprehensive blood test as part of a trial for Altrient C.
