Hello, As 2020 begins, chances are you’ll know someone who is taking the Veganuary pledge. The move to reduce or remove animal products from our diets has been moving at an incredible pace; you only have to look at supermarket shelves or on the menus of your favourite restaurants to see how much things have changed in the last few years. We’re passionate about vegan food here at PlantBased magazine. I truly believe that the best way to help people on their way to a plant-based diet is to simply show them how tasty their meals can still be once they’ve removed the animal products. Each month, the PlantBased team work hard on coming up with brand new ideas, or vegan spins on old favourites. We want to make sure that you, all of our lovely readers, are able to take to the kitchen with fresh inspiration each and every month. With that in mind, we’ve got another selection of incredible recipes in this issue. If you’re looking to get things back on track after a fun festive season, head to our Healthy Start pages; healthy food doesn’t have to be boring, so we’re bringing some colour to your plates.
