It’s your turn to have your say! Here are some of the great letters you’ve sent us this month.

‘Thank you for the eating smarter tips for Christmas’

‘I had to write to congratulate you on an amazingly informative magazine. The bold print on your Christmas issue cover Your Healthy Christmas caught my eye when browsing the magazine section in my local supermarket. Having recently been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and also suffering perimenopausal symptoms, I was concerned about the effects of overindulgence of food and drink during the Christmas period. But the article Christmas Food and Drink Swaps helped me find palatable non-alcoholic drinks during the festive period. Eat Smarter This Christmas also provided me with great tips for keeping my sugar intake lower. Both articles were delivered in a positive and uplifting format with no lecturing or negativity. I’m confident I can carry the advice and information on positive lifestyle changes into the New Year and beyond. Thank you Top Santé!’

‘INSPIRED BY MELINDA’

‘It was so lovely reading about Melinda Messenger in your Christmas issue. I had no idea she had become a psychotherapist and was interested in spirituality and dreamwork. She seems like a really lovely, down-toearth lady and hearing her story of backing herself, and creating a new life for herself was inspirational, and just what I needed to hear as we go into a new year. Many thanks and keep up the good work.’

‘Dear Jennifer, thank you for taking time to write in
