TRAVEL

Steeped in both Roman and Regency history, Bath is aunique tourist hotspot with plenty to uncover. Home to Netflix’s Bridgerton, with anew series out next week, explore the gleaming city…

MUST-VISIT

Located in Sydney Pleasure Gardens, The Holburne Museum is a perfect portrayal of grandeur and history, full of Renaissance treasures.

However, there’s chaos on display this season – as Mr Doodle has gone wild.

Renowned artist and internet sensation, who often refers to his talents as ‘obsessive compulsive doodling’, is in Bath for his first ever UK museum exhibition.

With personal sketchbooks on display, the gallery walls, floors and ceilings will be filled with the most ludicrous and bonkers doodles. You can have a go, too.

What a sight

On now until the beginning of September, it’s an exhibition not to be missed – enjoy!

Tickets from £5.50, under 18s go free. Pre-book your tickets or pay on arrival. Please visit: holburne.org

Climb Bath Abbey

Take your view of Bath to dizzying new heights this season. Instead of simply stepping inside Bath Abbey, did you know that you can take a Tower Tour throughout the week, too?

By climbing the 212 steps of the Abbey’s Tower, you can see everything behind the scenes.

See the clock tower and church bells before witnessing the panoramic views of Bath.

Plus, if you want something extra special, you can book yourself a private tour, with a glass of bubbly to celebrate, too.

Tickets from £7.50. See: bathabbey.org
