Another new year... and what a year it will be as 2023 marks the 30th anniversary of Top Santé in the UK! Three decades of bringing health, fitness, nutrition and beauty advice to the nation. Thirty years of covering the latest health issues – although looking back to that first copy in March 1993, not much has changed in some respects: they were writing about many of the topics we cover today, including insomnia, neck pain, stress, posture, ageing, cellulite, plus make-up and haircare advice. And if you subscribe now, you’ll get the special March anniversary issue delivered straight to your door!
